Benefiting from the gradual recovery of the LED industry, the market demand is picking up, and the lighting industry’s prosperity continues to improve, it is expected to usher in a new round of business cycle. So in the first half of this year, how did the companies perform? This article has compiled the financial reports of 50 domestic LED lighting-related and supporting listed companies, hoping to get a glimpse of the development trend of the lighting industry.
Overall revenue and net profit
In the general environment of the new crown epidemic, the lighting industry is picking up and recovering in the first half of 2021.
On the whole, 27 companies including Bull Group, Mulinsen, and Debang Lighting have achieved both revenue and net profit growth; Tailong Lighting and Mingjiahui have achieved revenue growth, and their net profits have also successfully turned losses into profits; Foshan Lighting, 12 companies including Maoshuo Power Supply and Guangpu Co., Ltd. increased their revenue but did not increase their profits; Horizons’ revenue declined, but their net profit successfully turned losses into profits; 8 companies including China Sports Technology, Haoyang Co., Ltd., and Jiawei Xinneng achieved revenue and net profit. Profits both fell.
In terms of operating income, Mulinsen won the revenue champion with 9.127 billion yuan, a revenue increase of 28.06%. Bull Group and Op Lighting ranked second and third with revenues of 5.82 billion yuan and 3.963 billion yuan respectively.
At the beginning of this year, Mulinsen announced that its main business has changed from LED packaging to lighting brand and lighting channel business. It currently owns two major brands, Landvance and Mulinsen. In the first half of the year, Landvance brand products achieved revenue of 4.817 billion yuan, with a gross profit margin of 41.21%; the Mulinsen brand achieved revenue of 581 million yuan, with a gross profit margin of 23.82%.
Bull Group realized revenue of 5.82 billion yuan in the first half of the year, a year-on-year increase of 41.65%. Among them, the smart electrical lighting business achieved revenue of 2.64 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 61%. Specifically, LED lighting business revenue increased by 37% year-on-year, and other electrical lighting products increased by 106% year-on-year.
OP Lighting benefited from the increase in sales and achieved revenue of 3.963 billion yuan in the first half of the year, an increase of 31.68% year-on-year. During the reporting period, Oppe not only continued to expand large-scale benchmarking projects, but also built its core competitiveness in the fields of commercial chain, industrial lighting, educational lighting and hardcover real estate.
It is worth mentioning that, thanks to the rapid recovery of business and the active expansion of other market segments, Tailong Lighting had the highest revenue growth in the first half of the year, up 2015.17% year-on-year to 2.736 billion yuan. Among them, the lighting sector achieved a total operating income of 208 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 61%.
The performance decline of Haoyang, Jiawei Xinneng, and Shiyida was mainly affected by the overseas epidemic.
浩洋股份上半年實(shí)現(xiàn)營收1.89億元,同比下降26.38%;凈利潤3411萬元,同比減少47.66%。其在半年報(bào)中提及,新冠肺炎疫情對(duì)演藝燈光設(shè)備市場(chǎng)造成了較大的沖擊,但相信隨著疫情得到進(jìn)一步控制與相關(guān)政策的進(jìn)一步放寬,演藝活動(dòng)與演藝燈光設(shè)備市場(chǎng)將進(jìn)一步恢復(fù)。
珈偉新能上半年?duì)I收3.31億元,同比下降16.85%;凈利潤虧損1009萬元。匯率變動(dòng)及關(guān)稅政策是影響珈偉新能境外經(jīng)營業(yè)績的重要因素,其境外主要為光伏照明產(chǎn)品,報(bào)告期內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)營收2.21億元。
智能/文旅景觀/植物/車用照明等提供成長新動(dòng)能
近年來,智能照明、文旅景觀照明、植物照明、車用照明等細(xì)分應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域不斷發(fā)展,給照明行業(yè)帶來新的增長動(dòng)能。報(bào)告期內(nèi),照明相關(guān)及配套企業(yè)在上述領(lǐng)域取得一系列新進(jìn)展。
智能照明
上半年,全球新冠肺炎疫情仍未得到完全控制,經(jīng)濟(jì)下行壓力不斷加大,但在“碳達(dá)峰、碳中和”、新基建、新型城鎮(zhèn)化、重大工程建設(shè)等國家政策的引導(dǎo)下,智能照明市場(chǎng)迎來新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。
佛山照明大力開拓智能照明市場(chǎng),推出了座姿矯正、智能感應(yīng)、超級(jí)快充系列產(chǎn)品、便攜移動(dòng)及具有娛樂功能的新產(chǎn)品;“佛照智家”物聯(lián)網(wǎng)云平臺(tái)已成功上線,智能家居和智慧教育的照明系統(tǒng)解決方案相繼推出。
歐普照明積極拓展家居智能照明領(lǐng)域,上半年,其智能照明解決方案在海外多個(gè)國家實(shí)現(xiàn)了普及與推廣應(yīng)用,行業(yè)覆蓋工業(yè)、辦公等。目前歐普照明已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)從最初簡(jiǎn)單的單燈開關(guān)控制,到場(chǎng)景化的智能燈光方案,再到全屋智能家居解決方案的升級(jí)。
陽光照明積極進(jìn)行智能化布局,目前在智能家居照明領(lǐng)域,已經(jīng)開發(fā)出將照明產(chǎn)品與各家居智能平臺(tái)的互聯(lián)互通的技術(shù),并在線下實(shí)體店進(jìn)行推廣應(yīng)用,還與阿里、華為等互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司開展智能全場(chǎng)景產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目合作。
上半年,三雄極光持續(xù)加強(qiáng)智能照明產(chǎn)品的研發(fā),研發(fā)投入3,265.48萬元,同比增長16.47%,共取得國家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局授予的專利34項(xiàng),其中實(shí)用新型專利18項(xiàng)、外觀設(shè)計(jì)專利16項(xiàng)。
文旅景觀照明
景觀照明市場(chǎng)前景廣闊,名家匯、豪爾賽、時(shí)空科技、愛克股份、勤上股份等LED企業(yè)爭(zhēng)相布局。從上半年業(yè)績來看,名家匯、豪爾賽、羅曼股份等3家企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)營利雙增;愛克股份、時(shí)空科技凈利潤出現(xiàn)下滑。
在新基建大力推行、后疫情時(shí)代文旅復(fù)蘇的背景下,名家匯上半年加大智慧燈桿和文旅產(chǎn)業(yè)投入,實(shí)現(xiàn)營業(yè)收入3.86億元,同比增長197.2%;實(shí)現(xiàn)凈利潤0.06億,而上年同期虧損7040.2萬元,同比扭虧為盈。
受益于國內(nèi)新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情得到有效控制,豪爾賽經(jīng)營業(yè)績逐步回升,報(bào)告期內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)營業(yè)收入4.68億元,同比增加84.55%;實(shí)現(xiàn)凈利潤4334萬元,同比增加65.84%。截至上半年,其承接高度在200米以上的超高層建筑的樓宇合計(jì)61幢。
隨著疫情減緩以及受益于國內(nèi)景觀照明市場(chǎng)回暖,羅曼股份深耕景觀照明領(lǐng)域,上半年實(shí)現(xiàn)營收2.53億元,同比增長56.80%;凈利潤4585萬元,同比增長46.56%。此外,羅曼股份還基于成都成渝雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈核心城市的地位,在成都設(shè)立全資子公司,全面推進(jìn)文旅夜游等業(yè)務(wù)板塊的推廣。
愛克股份上半年實(shí)現(xiàn)營收5.75億元,同比增加42.73%,其中控制系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品、點(diǎn)光源產(chǎn)品、洗墻燈產(chǎn)品、線條燈產(chǎn)品和投光燈產(chǎn)品分別實(shí)現(xiàn)營收分別同比增長113.14%、12.38%、38.23%、24.90%和108.53%。盡管愛克股份上半年?duì)I收實(shí)現(xiàn)增長,但凈利潤卻呈下滑趨勢(shì),原因是報(bào)告期內(nèi)計(jì)提各項(xiàng)資產(chǎn)減值準(zhǔn)備共計(jì)1522.61萬元。
時(shí)空科技上半年實(shí)現(xiàn)營業(yè)收入4.15億元,同比微增0.36%;凈利潤3,184.23萬元,同比下降56.64%。其在半年度業(yè)績報(bào)告中強(qiáng)調(diào),由于景觀照明項(xiàng)目屬于定制化業(yè)務(wù),不同項(xiàng)目的毛利率差異較大,致使報(bào)告期內(nèi)施工項(xiàng)目平均毛利率低于上年同期,加上大宗商品價(jià)格加速上升導(dǎo)致施工原材料采購成本增加,使得整體利潤較去年同期下降。

植物照明
根據(jù)TrendForce集邦咨詢旗下光電研究處LEDinside分析,受惠于各國政策推動(dòng)以及北美醫(yī)療和娛樂大麻種植市場(chǎng)批量導(dǎo)入LED植物照明設(shè)備,激勵(lì)2020年全球植物照明LED市場(chǎng)呈現(xiàn)爆發(fā)性成長,產(chǎn)值達(dá)3.01億美元,年增57%。
此波成長動(dòng)能也將延續(xù)至2021年,預(yù)估今年產(chǎn)值將達(dá)3.99億美元,年增33%。
基于LED植物照明市場(chǎng)的廣闊前景,上半年,崧盛股份、英飛特、茂碩電源、朗科智能等LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電源廠商大力開發(fā)用于植物照明的LED電源。
崧盛股份首份半年報(bào)顯示,上半年?duì)I收同比增長106.07%,凈利潤同比增長79.09%;其中,LED植物照明產(chǎn)品成為其業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的重要增長點(diǎn),植物照明LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電源產(chǎn)品收入2.24億元,占主營業(yè)務(wù)收入比重從2020年的12.30%提升至2021年上半年的40.41%。
值得關(guān)注的是,為了推動(dòng)植物照明LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電源業(yè)務(wù)快速發(fā)展,崧盛股份于今年8月宣布與中科三安展開合作,共同拓展植物照明市場(chǎng)。
英飛特近兩年快速發(fā)展的植物照明領(lǐng)域已成為公司產(chǎn)品主要應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域之一,植物照明相關(guān)LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電源產(chǎn)品營業(yè)收入較上年同期增長381%,其中,北美、歐洲、中東、南美等市場(chǎng)的業(yè)績均取得較大增長。
此外,針對(duì)植物照明LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電源領(lǐng)域,英飛特提前進(jìn)行技術(shù)、專利、智能接口等方面布局,特別是在系統(tǒng)性的專利、產(chǎn)品研發(fā)方面都是走在全球的前列,2013年就已經(jīng)有客戶采購公司產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用于植物照明。
在植物照明領(lǐng)域,茂碩電源推出了新一代專用植物生長燈驅(qū)動(dòng)解決方案-P1/P1H系列,能夠滿足LED植物生長燈產(chǎn)品多樣化的需求。
朗科智能同樣將目光聚焦于植物照明市場(chǎng),并自主研發(fā)電源管理系統(tǒng)和中央控制系統(tǒng),為下游客戶提供植物照明一體化解決方案。2021年上半年,其植物照明實(shí)現(xiàn)收入1.07億元,同比增長243%。
車用照明
車用照明市場(chǎng)前景十分樂觀。根據(jù)TrendForce集邦咨詢旗下光電研究處LEDinside分析,在頭燈與車用面板需求帶動(dòng)之下,預(yù)估2021年車用LED產(chǎn)值將有機(jī)會(huì)達(dá)到 29.26億美元,年增13.7%。而新車種持續(xù)導(dǎo)入LED照明,將持續(xù)拉動(dòng)車用LED滲透率的上升。
受益于公司主要客戶新車產(chǎn)量的增長,星宇股份上半年實(shí)現(xiàn)營收39.51億元,同比增長37.27%;凈利潤5.70億元,同比增長45.63%。據(jù)了解,星宇股份產(chǎn)品主要包括汽車前照燈、后組合燈、霧燈、日間行車燈、室內(nèi)燈、氛圍燈等。
佛山照明目前形成了照明、電工、汽車照明三大板塊業(yè)務(wù)。在汽車照明領(lǐng)域,報(bào)告期內(nèi)佛山照明通過并購南寧燎旺,進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)從光源向車燈燈具配套轉(zhuǎn)型,完善并深化其在汽車照明領(lǐng)域的布局,此外還拓展了一批車燈模組項(xiàng)目。
得益于車載等業(yè)務(wù)增長,得邦照明上半年實(shí)現(xiàn)營收24.62億元,同比增長18.13%。報(bào)告期內(nèi),子公司得邦車用照明、上海良勤和武漢良信鵬分別實(shí)現(xiàn)營業(yè)收入5998.07、1996.95和1263.14萬元。
得邦照明聚焦于車載控制器和車用照明產(chǎn)品,上半年內(nèi)完成了對(duì)上海良勤和武漢良信鵬的收購,加強(qiáng)了公司在車載業(yè)務(wù)的產(chǎn)品線布局。同時(shí),汽車前大燈控制器LDM業(yè)務(wù)繼續(xù)保持高速增長,電池管理系統(tǒng)BMS控制器項(xiàng)目開拓也取得重要突破。此外,得邦照明正在著手建立上海車載業(yè)務(wù)研發(fā)中心。
廣日股份同樣聚焦車用照明領(lǐng)域,目前已具備LED車燈從設(shè)計(jì)到制造的完整配套能力和服務(wù)主機(jī)廠的經(jīng)驗(yàn),已建成運(yùn)行的一期產(chǎn)線具有年產(chǎn)20萬套LED前組合大燈的產(chǎn)能。
小結(jié)
從照明相關(guān)及配套企業(yè)公布的半年財(cái)報(bào)來看,多數(shù)企業(yè)已經(jīng)開始擺脫疫情的陰霾,業(yè)績逐步恢復(fù)和增長;還有部分企業(yè)仍受疫情的影響,目前仍處在復(fù)蘇階段。
但無論結(jié)果如何,行業(yè)整體復(fù)蘇和成長的趨勢(shì)已經(jīng)較為明朗。企業(yè)當(dāng)前最重要的是不斷提升自身綜合創(chuàng)新能力和技術(shù)實(shí)力,才能在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中站穩(wěn)腳跟、發(fā)展壯大、做強(qiáng)做優(yōu)。
